We’re your small business advisor, your rental counselor, your neighbor and fellow community member—and we’re here to help you grow your business, secure housing, and strengthen Belmont Cragin as a neighborhood where your community lives and thrives.

WHAT WE DO
We provide technical assistance and support services to small businesses, renters, and landlords. Additionally, we advocate for the best interests of the Belmont Cragin community and direct new investments into our neighborhood. We provide our services free of charge through partnerships with the City of Chicago programs for Neighborhood Business Development Centers (NBDC) and Technical Assistance Community Housing (TACOM).
Families and entrepreneurs are being rapidly displaced from neighborhoods and communities on the Northwest Side. We believe the families and business owners who have shaped our community deserve to stay here.
