We’re your rental counselor, your small business advisor, your fellow organizer— and we’re here to help you grow your business, secure housing, and know your rental rights.
WHAT WE DO
We provide counseling and advising to tenants, landlords, and small businesses that reside in Belmont Cragin and the Northwest Side of Chicago. We provide these services free of charge through our partnerships with the City of Chicago as Neighborhood Business Development Centers (NBDC) and Technical Assistance Community Housing (TACOM) partners.
WHY WE DO IT
Latinx families and entrepreneurs are being rapidly displaced from our neighborhood and surrounding communities. We believe the families and business owners who have shaped our community deserve to stay here.
