+ Lindsey Haines | CHAIR

Lindsey is the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Full Circle Communities, Inc., a Chicago-based non-profit that owns, manages, and develops affordable and supportive housing. She is an experienced non-profit affordable housing professional with a deep knowledge of finance, policy, construction, and community development. She completed her Masters of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University. Lindsey lives in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood and is passionate about cities and equitable development. She was previously involved on the housing committee for the Belmont Cragin Quality of Life Plan and served on the 525 Task Force advocating for public housing replacement units in conjunction with the rehabilitation of Lathrop Homes.

+ ANNETTE VEGA | SECRETARY

Annette Vega is a passionate relationship manager that has dedicated her career working in Chicago and neighborhoods such as Montclare, Belmont Cragin, Logan Square and many more. Annette has been in banking since 1991 and currently is the Managing Director of CIBC Bank USA. In her current role, she focuses on assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses access capital. Annette is a Chicago native.

+ Patricia Eldridge | Member

Patricia Eldrige is the newest member of the Northwest Side CDC board. Patricia has an extensive love for the small business community. She is currenlty the Vice President & Branch Manager for Winttrust Bank - Mayfair.

+ Hector Fabregas | member

Hector Fabregas is a homegrown Chicagoan with an enormous amount of pride in being from the "Windy City” and to serve the Belmont Cragin community where he grew up. Hector has been a State Farm Agent since 2017 after a 20 year career with Univision Media. After attending William P Nixon Elementary School, Hector went to Lane Tech and then graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Hector is passionate about youth sports and education, having been a youth baseball coach at Horner Park for the last seven years and also a coach for travel baseball. In his spare time, Hector enjoys mentoring youth through various community organizations including Chicago Public Schools.

Hector is happily married to his wife Gina and has four beautiful and healthy children.

+ THOMAS NASET | MEMBER

Tom Naset works for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in its Supervision and Regulation function. Tom manages a team responsible for assessing the safety and soundness of large and complex banking organizations within the Reserve Bank’s regulatory portfolio. During his time with the Federal Reserve, Tom has been involved in monitoring and examining many aspects of the financial services industry, including particular focus in the areas of mortgage servicing, Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks. Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Tom is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.

Tom is a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area. He grew up in the suburb of Naperville, IL and has resided in Chicago since beginning university in 2001. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Side Housing Center.

Diamares Luz Quiles is the owner of Salon La Rouge on Fullerton Ave in Belmont Cragin.
