If you’re like us, you believe everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, quality housing. Whether you’re looking for an apartment you can afford, or need help listing a unit, we strive to create a community where landlords and residents live united.

RENTAL COUNSELING

TENANTS
Whether you’re looking for a place to rent, need rental assistance or help getting out of a difficult tenancy situation, we’re here for you. Our rental resource coordinators can help you overcome rental profile characteristics stigmatized as obstacles: low credit scores, past eviction, criminal history, or utilizing a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8).

LANDLORDS
Looking for a responsible tenant? We can help you find potential tenants, list your unit, draft leases and notices, and help you understand your rights and responsibilities under housing laws. We can also connect you with rental assistance resources if you have tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and having difficulty paying rent.

RENTAL WORKSHOPS: KNOW YOUR RIGHTS & responsibilities

We offer free workshops to help landlords and tenants understand their rights & responsibilities under fair housing laws. Workshops are for organizations or groups of at least 5-10 people.

TENANTS
You will gain the confidence of knowing your rights, empowering you to ensure the health & safety conditions your landlord is required to provide, and how to protect yourself from the risk of a landlord breaching your rights.

LANDLORDS
This training will help you avoid common mistakes that get landlords in trouble with the City. You will learn legal and effective ways to work with tenants who are not paying rent or adhering to lease stipulations.
